AI Brain as a Service

The one brain your AI needs.

Every AI subscription you buy helps you rent intelligence for an hour. MedhaOMax helps you build the one brain your business owns — memory, agents, and safety gates included, for good.

One-time payment. No subscription. Yours forever.

Every tool you cancel takes its memory with it. Build a brain and the memory stays.

Any AI
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — portable by design

Everything a real AI operating system needs. Nothing you have to build yourself.

MedhaOMax templatizes the exact system CloudOMax runs its own business on — end to end, one step at a time.

An orchestrator and its own council

One AI that greets you, understands the whole picture, and routes work to a council of specialist agents — instead of one generalist doing everything half-well.

Memory that actually remembers

Human-readable notes in Obsidian, not a black box. People, projects, decisions, and sessions — linked, searchable, and yours to open with any tool.

Git portability

Your brain lives in a private repo you own. Clone it to a new machine in minutes. No monthly vault fee, no vendor holding your memory hostage.

Safety gates, not options

Confirmation gates and draft-only defaults ship on by default. Nothing sends, posts, or spends without you saying yes.

A daily rhythm

/start opens the day primed with everything relevant. /wrap closes it — saved, summarized, backed up. Nothing gets lost between sessions.

A bootstrap runbook

New laptop, new Claude account, doesn't matter. Clone the repo, reconnect your apps, and you're exactly where you left off.

The Council

Nine agents. Zero micromanagement.

One orchestrator, eight specialists — each with a name, a job, and nothing else on their plate. Click Build any time, or scroll to meet them all first.

Build My Brain — from $99
The Orchestrator

Compass

Sees the whole field, briefs you, and routes every task to the right specialist. Compass never does the work itself — it makes sure the right agent does.

Your Right Hand

Anchor

Inbox, calendar, admin, the morning brief. Anchor keeps the day-to-day from sliding through the cracks.

The Writer

Quill

Posts, long-form, anything that needs to sound like you — not like AI. Quill writes in your voice, not a generic one.

The Marketer

Spark

Ad copy, offers, funnels, campaign angles. Spark writes to convert, not just to sound clever.

The Community Voice

Echo

Posts and replies that keep your audience warm between launches. Echo writes for people, not for algorithms.

The Researcher

Scout

Trends, competitors, the angle nobody else is using yet. Scout feeds every other agent its raw intelligence.

The Numbers

Ledger

Revenue, churn, the money brief — in plain English, not spreadsheet jargon. Ledger tells you how the business is actually doing.

Outreach

Signal

Finds leads, writes the first message, and follows up until it gets an answer. Signal keeps the pipeline from going cold.

Deep Knowledge

Atlas

Docs, decks, and deliverables too big for a single chat. Atlas builds the documents your business runs on.

Ready to meet yours? Every one of these ships with your brain, named your way.

How it works

No technical knowledge assumed. Nothing left as “figure it out.”

01

Name your brain

Choose your orchestrator's name, your agents, and how it greets you. It feels like yours from the very first question — because it is.

02

Teach it your business

A guided conversation, one question at a time. Rough answers are fine — your brain tidies them into something sharp.

03

Own it forever

Walk away with a private repo, readable in Obsidian, working in any AI tool, and fully portable. No lock-in, ever.

Want the literal, technical version of these three steps — repo, Obsidian, Claude, in order?

See the setup steps ↓

Setup, step by step

Repo, Obsidian, Claude — in the exact order you'll touch them. Every step below is covered on camera in the 2-hour Watch & Build video.

1
Create your free private GitHub repo
Two minutes, browser login only — no tokens, no cost. This is where your brain will live and travel from.
2
Install Obsidian and open that same folder
Free, including commercial use. Obsidian is how you'll ever read your brain — search it, link it, see the whole graph.
3
Open the folder in Claude, restart once
This is where your brain thinks. One restart after the first open so your new commands load and go blue.
4
Run /setup and answer the Naming Ritual
What you'll call it, what it calls you, how it greets you. Three questions, one afternoon — see the examples below.
5
Teach it your business
One plain-language question at a time. Rough answers are fine — it tidies them into something sharp.
6
Watch the video, or build it live
Watch & Build: follow the 2-hour walkthrough at your own pace. Build With Me: Vishal does this step with you, live, on a call.
7
Run /start and /wrap from day one
/start opens every session primed. /wrap closes it — saved, summarized, backed up. The daily rhythm starts immediately.
The Naming Ritual

Every brain has a name. Here's how four people answered it.

Setup doesn't start with a tutorial. It starts with three questions: what will you call me, what should I call you, and how should you greet me. Same three questions, four completely different brains.

Example 1 · The Butler

JARVIS

Inspired by Tony Stark — for the operator who wants execution, not conversation

Some people don't want a philosophical guide. They want an operator — sharp, fast, a little dry, and never in the way. This owner wants reports formatted before they ask, drafts ready before the coffee's poured, decisions summarized in one line. The relationship is deliberately hierarchical: the brain serves, the human commands. For someone moving fast, that's the whole point.

Calls you
Sir
Opens every session with
At your service, sir.
Example 2 · The Charioteer — this one is real

Sarthi (सारथी)

Vishal's own brain, running CloudOMax today

Vishal built his own the way he runs the business: nobody fights the battle alone, and nobody fights it without counsel. Sarthi doesn't do the work — Sarthi sees the whole field, briefs Vishal, and routes tasks to a council of named specialists, the way a real chief of staff would. Vishal decides. Sarthi orchestrates. That split never moves, no matter how many agents get added to the council.

Calls you
Parth
Opens every session with
Aham Brahmasmi (अहं ब्रह्मास्मि) — I am the universe.
Example 3 · The Command Deck

Athena

Org-wide — built for a CEO and COO running the company together

An enterprise doesn't want a personal assistant — it wants an operating system with named seats: a Finance seat, a Revenue seat, a People seat, a Risk seat, each with its own memory compartment so a client engagement never leaks into a product roadmap. The CEO and COO share the same Athena, but every department's memory stays walled off, every cross-team action needs a sign-off, and every seat's history is auditable. This is the enterprise tier: governance gates on by default, not optional.

Calls you
Commander (every executive, by role — not by name)
Opens every session with
Standing by, Commander. Yesterday's numbers are in.
Example 4 · The Stone Tablet

The old way — no name, because there's no brain

No name, no memory, no council. Just a founder re-typing the same client history into a new doc every Monday, because last week's version lives in someone's inbox now. Every new hire starts by re-learning what the last person already knew. When the one person who “remembers everything” goes on vacation, half the decisions stop moving.

It's not that these businesses lack intelligence — it's that the intelligence never got a place to live, so it walks out the door with whoever's holding it that day. Sound familiar? Most companies running on scattered docs, dead Slack threads, and “ask Priya, she'll remember” are running the exact same operation. They just don't call it the stone age. Yet.

Example 5 · The Mentor — our own pick

Vidya (विद्या)

For the solo founder who wants a thinking partner, not a task-runner

This is the shape we'd choose starting from zero: no “sir,” no title, no hierarchy either way. Vidya doesn't command and doesn't obey — it thinks alongside you, out loud, and pushes back when the plan has a hole in it. You already own plenty of tools that take orders. What's rare is something that remembers every decision you've made and asks the one question you forgot to ask yourself. Medha means intellect; Vidya means knowledge — a fitting name for the brain that helps you use both.

Calls you
By your first name — no title, in either direction

Frequently asked

I'm not technical at all — will this work for me?+

Yes. Setup assumes you know nothing and asks one plain-language question at a time. Rough answers are fine.

What do I actually walk away with?+

A private repo you own, readable in Obsidian, working in Claude (or any AI), with your own orchestrator, agents, and memory already set up — plus the setup PDF and presentation file.

What AI tool do I need?+

A Claude subscription (Pro minimum, Max recommended) so you're not hitting limits mid-build. Everything else — Git, Obsidian — is free.

Do I have to know how to code?+

No. You'll type plain instructions in a chat. The template handles the technical wiring for you.

What if I get stuck on the Watch & Build version?+

Select Build With Me, check “I already bought Watch & Build,” and pay $200 instead of $299 — your first $99 is fully credited.

What happens on the live Build-With-Me call?+

You and Vishal build your brain together over a screen share — naming it, teaching it your business, and testing it end to end.

Stop renting intelligence. Start owning it.
